My career began in the mainframe era and evolved through UNIX systems to today’s Microsoft cloud and AI-driven platforms. Along the way, I spent 17 years at IBM, including working on mission-critical systems for Air Canada.

My career in IT began during the mainframe era, where precision, reliability, and structured processes were critical to success. That foundation shaped how I approach technology to this day.

Over the years, I have worked across multiple generations of systems — from mainframe environments to UNIX platforms such as Sun Solaris and HP-UX, and now to modern Microsoft cloud and AI-driven solutions.

During my 17 years at IBM, I had the opportunity to lead teams and support mission-critical systems, including work on Air Canada’s cargo platform. This experience gave me firsthand insight into how technology directly impacts business operations at scale.

Today, I focus on helping organizations bridge the gap between legacy systems and modern solutions — bringing together experience, practical design, and new technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, and AI-powered automation.

With a background that combines both technical and business experience, I have spent decades helping organizations design and implement effective IT solutions.

My work has included supporting large enterprise environments as well as working directly with small and mid-sized businesses, giving me a practical understanding of the different challenges organizations face at every stage of growth.

From designing infrastructure for new business locations to managing complex systems and cloud migrations, I focus on delivering solutions that are reliable, scalable, and aligned with real business needs.

I continue to stay current with evolving technologies, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform, where I now incorporate AI-driven automation and document processing solutions into client environments.
